Treasures in the Mids of Jakarta
Treasures hunter still exist. There is Michael Hatcher, an Englishman from Australia that’s widely known as “The Wreck Salvage King” and mostly wanted by Indonesian Government. Indonesia climed Hatcher has stolen much asset on many Indonesian teritorial since 1986. His latest treasures hunting activity in the deep of Indonesian see recorded in Bangka archipelago, 1999. He succesfully lifted up the Teng Sing ship and take its treasures with estimated cost around 500 billion Rupiah.
The next
question is, where the hell the treasures sold? When I read some information
about an Antique Market in the mids of Jakarta, I curious to go there to saw
what are they offered. This Antique Market is located in Jalan Surabaya,
Menteng, Center Jakarta. I arrived right at the same time whit the high traffic
jamm peak, after work hour season. Those Antique Market of Jakarta suddenly
become a float of vehicles and antiques.
Along 500
meters of those stright road, the antiques were just scattered on the
pedestrian side. Indeed, the shops were too narrow to placed too many antique
things inside. Many of them were hundred years old antique-colonial-era things,
arts, handycrafts, scluptures, vinyl, and every old interesting things.
I walked
slowly through the pedestrian side, watched my steps carefully to avoid
undesirable touch. I believe, even an experienced historian will fall in love
with this place. Honestly, I feel I’m being a time traveler amongs those
things. With more than 170 shops and thousands antique choise, an arts lovers
and collectors could be confused too.
Jalan
Surabaya was famous since 1960’s as an Antique Market of Jakarta. It’s
officially opened by the Jakarta legendary Governor, Mr. Ali Sadikin. In 1994,
Bill Clinton, former President of USA, have been visited the market. “He spends
200 USD for a couple of scluptures, the Loro Blonyo.” Said Mr. Anwar, the owner
of antique shops number 80 that have being antique seller since 1980’s.
The saddest part of this story is when I found Mr. Anwar and view seller sold the artifacts which is believe came
from Majapahit empire era. Mr. Anwar his self sold a kind of stone tools
artifact, as seems as hundred years old-traditional nutcracker. He climed that
he could earn 2-3 million Rupiah from those kind of artifact.
Another seller
near Mr. Anwar shop also sold more precious artifacts. With only 2,5-4 million
Rupiah, we can bring an ancient sclupture of Buddhist head or a Hindus Main God
sclupture.
I asked
them, where were they bought those -actually, priceless- artifacts? They told
me that they got it from another person. I guessed, if the artifacts is real,
they might were stolen from uncared temples around Java. Indeed, in Java Island
itself, there are so many hiden Hindu-Buddhist temples that uncovered, lying on
typically cloistered villages. Teens to hundreds artifacts such as, scluptures,
stone tools, inscription, bas-relief, were lost.
Half of them
might were stranded on these pedestrian side of Jalan Surabaya, Menteng, Center
Jakarta. They are waiting to be save or found by the treasure hunters.
Ronald Talk's : How to Living Spontaneously
Jakarta (28/08/2014), Thursday night after work and sticking my butts on those cheap chair for almost 10 hours. Me and my co-worker getting faster to a special talk show. That's night, one famous Indonesian writer, speaker, and men's love motivator, would speaking about something that could be precious. First important reason why i come even quite tired after work and willing to break through the Jakarta high traffic, because he -the speaker- already known as very high rate speaker in Indonesia -he can earn millions only for an hour-. But those night, his talk show was for free!!!
Finally we come -too fast- to the venue. A simplicity-designed cafe called Coffee Institute. It's located in Gunawarman Street No.71, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The Ronald Frank's talk show was delayed but still go on. Only for your information, i was read his e-book about how to be the damn great lover since in college. It's work, really really work to me. That's the second important reason why i have to gather in his talk show.
When he started to speaking, every single eyes and ears in those typically small room suddenly hypnotized including me and my co-worker, even he just trying to chit-chat with his audience that i assumed as a little bit mediocre introduction. These men is great, i already knew it from the first words that slide out from his mouth.
He opened with his past part of life, the hardest and most depressive one. He told us that he was bankrupt in 2006. He carried teens million debt after failed in running an IT company. Yeah, he was inspired by Bill Gates, he walked out from college soon at the first year. His slut -pardon me with my carefully chosen word- break their relationship and fell into another mature-rich men's arm.
In the end, those milestones of his life, enlightened him to hear his own intuition. Spectacularly the most depressive part of life turn to be his greatest discovery of life. What the hell's happened? As i know, he wrote an e-book later, about how to be the great lover. Can you imagine this? A broken heart men who failed in his own relationship with his girl friend wrote an e-book that rapidly help the other men in the world to find and work out their lover ability. You might laugh out loud, but it's the truth.
In term of truth, Ronald said that, the truth that we believes was programmed since we was a kids. The truth is actually a neutral condition. We named it with our self or another person's perception, like our parents for example. So, almost nothing absolute truth, but there is individual truth exist among us. So, we can't impose our self truth to another person.
Ronald believe that we -he also believe that we are such an energy and God its self also exist within human energy- already created our self destiny since we in our mother's womb -or in the further more past time- but we forgot about it since we growth.
I personally struggle in this topic before, do we have our self certain destiny or we simply created our own destiny with our hands while living ? Ronald said that each of us already have a certain destiny. It's up to us, are we willing to follow it or not. Follow our own destiny means we are walking on our happiness of life. In other hand, refuse it means we are walking on the suffering life.
Sure, we always wanted to be happy in life, but how to make it? How could we considered that we are on our destinies track? Ronald said that, hear the sound from the bottom of your heart. Try to living spontaneously, it's an awesome life experience at least for our own self. Usually this intuition extremely irrational. Because when your intuition answered by your "ego" -he said that with his hand placed on his forehead- your mind already makes a negation.
For the example, men who stay to denied their intuition, they are always making hard plan for their happiness but they'll always hit the wall too, because their destiny -intuition- has try to kick them to the right way that they should be fit in. For now on, just follow your truly willingness, if you're willingness said that you must sleep and don't go to work today, you have to sleep immediately. Sounds ridiculous, doesn't it? Yeah i know, but i believe him. Once, i follow my intuition and suddenly i feel the God hands directing me to a road. For the first time, this is kind of a haze but in the end i recognized that this road is the truth and thus i feel life never be flat anymore. Actually, i left my work twice, surely i have worried about that, about my employers appraisal to me, but nothing really big happened and i am still working as usual.
Like Steve Job, the founder of Apple Inc, he saw life is spots that seems unconnected but actually it's connected. You can't see the web in the future, but you can analyzed it at from past until the present time. I would love to tell you about prediction which was clime that human can't living on earth over four billion populations, now we are seven billion! Who the hell are they -men who always predicting something? Are they God that created the destinies and can see the future?
The conclusion is, are we ready to living spontaneously and joy the dynamics of life or not, that's two kind of different destination. But if you want to be a great person, life out of the box, hear your own intuition, traveling with no itinerary, traveling every time you want, leave your bored job. Ziarah Makam Nyatoq : Menggali Akar Meruntuhkan Dongeng
Hari itu Rabu yang cukup cerah. Hari Rabu dengan Matahari di
bulan Mei yang mulai menyembul hangat. Cahanya menerobos membentuk sebuah sorotan
lemah yang menerabas kabut perbukitan. Sepagi itu aku diajak berziarah oleh ibu
ke Makam Nyatoq, desa Rambitan, Lombok Tengah. Ini makam dari seorang pemuka
agama yang meletakkan dasar keislaman di daerah Lombok, khususnya daerah Lombok
Selatan dan sekitarnya.
Hari itu hari Rabu, hari yang spesial sebab menurut kepercayaan sebagian besar orang, wali nyatoq memberikan keberkahan di makam tersebut di hari tersebut,
sehingga apapun keinginan, harapan, niatan, keresahan, dan semua yang ada
dihati akan diringankan ketika berziarah terutama pada hari Rabu.
Aku tidak memungkiri di beberapa belahan di dunia ini terdapat
tempat-tempat yang spesial untuk berdoa kepada Yang Maha Esa. Mungkin saja Makam
Nyatoq ini salah satu tempatnya, suasananya damai, rindang, hijau dan apabila
kau datang pagi-pagi sekali, kabut-kabut bak gulali manis akan menyapa menyentuh permukaan kulitmu.
Sungguh sebuah peristirahatan sempurna di atas bukit tanpa harus berebutan
tempat dengan makam-makam yang lain. Ya, di komplek tersebut hanya ada beberapa
makam saja. Namun wilayah itu terlalu luas untuk tiga nisan dari abad lampau.
Aku masuk ke makam nyatoq tidak berniat apa-apa –eh kupikir
niatku waktu itu hanya ziarah kubur biasa, tanpa ekspektasi apapun sama sekali-
sebab aku tahu dibalik metafor yang bertaburan dalam kisah kehidupan waliullah
yang satu ini, ada banyak kesalah pahaman sejarah yang terjadi disekeliling
kita. Entah apa yang menjadi niat dan ekspektasi ibuku waktu itu, semoga ia
tidak melenceng terlalu jauh dan kuburan ini hanya menjadi media penguhubung
semata ke Kursi Yang Maha Kuasa.
Tidak ada yang salah dari ziarah ini, yang salah adalah
superioritas yang terlalu mengada-ada yang disematkan pada objek dan subjek
yang sebenarnya hanyalah manusia dan kuburan semata. Saat alunan yasin dan
tahlil mengalun di telinga, aku pun berjalan mundur jauh ratusan tahun ke
belakang ke-abad ke-13 Masehi.

AsySyaikh As-Sayyid Nururrasyid Ibnu Hajar al-Haytami,
As-Sayyid sendiri adalah gelar untuk kerabat Nabi Muhammad SAW, datang ke tanah
Lombok melalui jalur laut utara. Pertama kali mendarat di pesisir utara
memasuki daerah Bayan, Lombok Utara. Beliau lebih dikenal sebagai Gaus
Abdurrazzaq. Dalam lelontar
(manuskrip daun lontar) ia dikenal juga dengan nama Betara tunggal Nala. Entah
mengapa dalam versi nenekku (almarhumah) Betara Tunggal Nala ini datang
menunggang Labu ajaib dan berubah versi menjadi Umar? Betara Nala inilah yang
memiliki putra bernama Deneq Mas Putra Pengendeng Segara Katon Rembitan, nama
ini tentunya adalah sebuah gelar dalam bahasa kuna sama seperti gelar-gelar raja Jawa yang panjang dan memiliki
arti sembah sujud yang mendalam. Nama asli sang pangeran ini adalah Sayyid
Abdurrahman atau yang dikenal dengan wali Nyatoq yang makamnya sedang kuziarahi
kali itu.
Seratus tahun lamanya sebelum Ayahanda wali Nyatoq mendaratkan kaki ddi pulau Lombok, peradaban suku sasak yang asli
menghilang ditelan letusan gunung paling membunuh di abad ke-12, gunung Samalas,
ini adalah hasil penelitian ilmiah yang dilakukan baru-baru ini. Gunung Samalas
sendiri sebuah gunung rakasasa yang ketinggianya hampir mencapai 5000 meter
dari permukaan laut.
Abad ke-12 masehi gunung ini meledak dan menciptakan
kaldera yang sekarang menjadi danau segara anakan di gunung Rinjani. Selain
menciptakan kaldera indah, dalam dan amat sangat mendebarkan bagi peneliti
vulkanologi, gunung ini pun memiliki anak yang dikenal dengan sebutan gunung
Baru Jari. Jadi melihat kedalaman kaldera hasil ledakan maha dahsyat -lebih dahsyat
dari Tambora di tahun 1815- kemungkinan besar suku dan kerajaan sasak abad ke-12
ini telah terkubur dalam debu vulkanik.

Kembali ke kisah wali Nyatoq sendiri, dialah yang kemudian
menjadi akar sultan-sultan kerajaan Lombok dengan mendirikan kerajaan Kayangan.
Saudara wali nyatoq, Sayyid Umar mendirikan kerajaan Pujut, oleh sebab itulah
tidak aneh di gunung pujut, Lombok Selatan, ada masjid kuno mirip seperti di
Bayan, begitu pula masjid kuno Rembitan yang dibangun sendiri oleh wali Nyatoq
pun memiliki kemiripan konstruksi yang sama dengan kedua masjid yang lain.
Sedangkan saudari wali Nyatoq bertanggung jawab di daerah utara yang dikenal
dengan nama Syarifah Qomariyah atau secara mistikus disebut sebagai Dewi
Anjani.
Wali Nyatoq Sendiri lebih mengutamakan menyebarkan agama Islam
daripada menjadi raja, hingga ia tidak heran memiliki 33 nama di beragam tempat
di Bali, Lombok dan Sumbawa. Sebagai mubaligh beliau mensyarkan islam ke
mana-mana hingga dikenal di Bali sebagi Pedanda Sakti Mawu Rauh, di Sumbawa
dikenal sebagai Tuan Semeru, di pulau Jawa dikenal sebagai Aji Duta Semu. Di
daerah lain di Lombok ia juga dikenal sebagai Datu Pangeran Djajing Sorga yang
dipercaya berasal dari Majapahit.
Islam di bumi sasak pun disebarkan bernafaskan animisme dan filsafat hindu Advaita
Vedanta di kalangan masyarakat, lebih diterima, singkritisme
pun terjadi lalu bergabunglah sufisme dalam nafas filsafat Hindu. Hingga
akhirnya Lombok pun sepenuhnya menjalankan syariat islam seperti yang terjadi
di masa ini. Namun siapapun yang murni menyandang nama Lalu dan Lale di depan
namanya, wali Nyatoqlah nenek moyang mereka, mungkin saja ada kelebihan yang
dikaruniakan oleh Allah kepadanya namun tetap saja wali Nyatoq hanya manusia saleh berilmu
tinggi, entah cerita mana yang mau dipercayai, yang dipenuh mukjizat atau cerita ini? Yang terpenting ketika mengunjungi akar dan bapaknya
raja-raja Lombok ke makam Nyatoq, niatkan untuk mendoakan semoga beliau diterima
amal ibadahnya di dunia, dan semoga kita diberi kesempatan untuk mengikuti
jejak-jejak kearifannya agar selamat di dunia akhirat. Itu saja tidak kurang
tidak lebih.
